Islamists Burn Her Majesty in Effigy

Her Majesty bestows a knighthood on Salman Rushdie, much to the chagrin of Pakistani civil society.

  1. I didn't know there was any "civil" society in Paristan.
It seems the norm in Islamic countries is increasingly hysterical and aggressive.

  4. Obviously I meant the opposite of "civil society" - I shouldn't have to come right out and say savage beasts or whatever. It's always better to gently infer the truth, even if it requires the use of absurdly false characterisation.

  5. Ah yes, the religion of peace. This image has clearly been taken out of context.

  6. It is merely a photo from their local fire brigade examinations. All the candidates failed.

  7. Shocking.

I'm afraid you are all mistaken.

If you look carefully at the photo you can see a road sign. It clearly reads 'Bradford City Centre - 1 mile'.

    Oh, dear.

Let's get this excuse of a British Government taking Britishness seriously - starting with all state schools.

  8. "The British monarch lives under this illusion that Britain is still a 19th century superpower and that bestowing titles is something still deemed important."
Yeah- by Pakistani and other Muslim fascists across the world!

  9. Re Younghusband's quotation:

"The British monarch lives under this illusion that Britain is still a 19th century superpower and that bestowing titles is something still deemed important."

It's really rather too bad that's not the case.

  10. It's funny, but I don't recall the rest of us behaving that way when Sir Iqbal Socranie was given his knighthood. Best we don't look too closely at some of the things the Muslim Council of Great Britain supports or we might be out in the streets too.
