Churchill Scowls at Cameron

Just a portrait that every true conservative should cherish. That is all.

Wonderful.

The Boy King is presiding over the wanton destruction of a great political institution in this country. The last vestiges of any policy differences between New Labour and Blue Labour are being systematically removed.

Our Winston would not be pleased.

What a brilliant shot. You get the distinct feeling that the great man is still alive. And not at all amused by what he's seeing.

By the way, watch the video "Toff at the Top" by Peter Hitchens. There is a link at the very top.

To understand Cameron, you need a photo of an average 1950s Briton looking gruffly over the shoulder of a modern day metrosexual London EU citoyen.

It's democracy.

(And don't forget that straight after WW2 the British electorate was in a pretty disgraceful state re: Churchill too; someone even threw stones at him in Coventry, when he was campaigning for the G.E.).

If Churchill was Tory leader now he wouldn't have the lead Cameron does.

Cameron is symptom, not disease.

A Wonderful shot. I'll keep it in my files.

Not all Conservatives detest Cameron. Some of us have confidence that he is doing his best to make the party electable in a difficult climate.

Should we remain a permanent party of opposition?
